Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility
• Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation, receipt, or Amazon order ID).
• This guarantee applies to one (1) unit per customer.
• The product must be purchased from Cycl, Amazon, or an authorized retailer.
• This guarantee is intended for first-time product trials and is not valid for repeat purchases of the same product.
• Bulk, wholesale, subscription, or final sale items may not be eligible.
Return & Refund Process
• Customers may be required to return the product before a refund is issued.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
• Refunds are issued for the purchase price only (shipping, handling, and taxes are non-refundable where permitted by law).
• Refunds are processed to the original form of payment once eligibility is confirmed.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cycl reserves the right to verify any refund request and deny requests that do not meet these terms or appear abusive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and include:
• Your order number (Cycl# or Amazon Order ID)
• Photo documentation of the issue
We will assist with a refund or exchange.
Retail Partner Orders
Orders placed through other retail partners are subject to the return and refund policy of that retailer.
Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt or order ID.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email hello@cyclhealth.com and include:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• The product name
• A brief description of your experience
